‘t Voorhuys
The modest restaurant ’t Voorhuys is located in an historic stolp farmhouse in a woodland setting, just a stone’s throw away from Amsterdam and Haarlem (the word stolp means bell-glass, a glass cover for perishable cheeses; the farmhouse structure resembles such a cover). In this bijou, yet ambient, restaurant you can enjoy delicious corporate or private lunches and dinners in a relaxed atmosphere. At ’t Voorhuys, we serve a 2 or 3 course menu which changes weekly, for which the chef uses local seasonal products, and always with a choice between meat or fish. During the winter months (October up to and including February) the restaurant is only open for lunch (from 12.00 hrs). During high season (March onwards), ’t Voorhuys is also open for dinner.
